BR365 Strength Lab is a pain-free performance, result-driven, strength training facility. Our classes are structured around small group strength training, coached by an expert coach in order to give you the premium attention and results you are paying for. Our workout programming is seasonally structured, phased, and skillfully designed to get you real results. Our focus is first and foremost on adaptation, built around our 3 main philosophies: Stronger. Fitter. Resilient.

We also offer open gym weight lifting access, as of August 19th, 2024, in our expanded location at 315 Brock, Rd.

About

BR365 Strength Lab is a weight lifting gym that specializes in small group weight lifting/strength training classes, high level athlete training programs and 1 on 1 customized training.

Training involves a plan, program and a focus on progress, with a large emphasis on developing the skill of weight lifting and proper movement mechanics.

We don't just take you through classes, we coach and educate our members on how to lift weights well, within a group training environment.

As our gym expands to a larger facility, we will also be offering Open weight lifting gym hours, to those with 2+ years of barbell experience (advanced lifters) who want to do their own thing, on their own time.

Training here at the Strength Lab s purposeful, done right and results are king.

LONGEVITY TRAINING

Mondays · 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM · Ages 60–75

Designed for advanced-aged clients who want to move well, stay strong, and maintain an active life. Focus is on controlled movement, stability, core strength, and joint mobility to improve function, confidence, and ownership of your body.

Youth athlete training

YOUTH ATHLETE TRAINING

Tuesdays · 4:30 PM – 5:15 PM · $90/month · Max 8 athletes

For motivated athletes ages 8–11. We build coordination, strength, movement quality, and confidence with structured sessions that are intentionally fun—without lowering coaching standards.

Teen athlete training

TEEN ATHLETE TRAINING

Mon 4:30–5:30 PM

Wed 6:00–7:00 PM

Sat 9:00–10:00 AM or 12:15–1:15 PM

Built on our SFR Athlete Development System with progressive training, sound technique, and long-term development. Athletes develop strength, mobility, power, and general physical preparedness that carries over to sport—and life.
