Strong 30+

Is there a big difference from how a 30+ year old should train compared to a 20 year old? Absolutely. That’s not to say a 30+ year old can’t train heavy, hard and in an intense fashion. Absolutely not. Any age demographic should train in a progressive manner that focuses on getting stronger, building muscle and increasing power. But with career men and women who are outside their 20’s, priorities are different, and with that, how you approach training should be different as well. It’s about training smarter, with the awareness that your training should fit your life-style not the other way around. This class is by no means “easy” or less challenging than any other class we offer, it’s just more specific to the average 30+ year old who’s looking to get in great shape, but be productive come Saturday & Sunday afternoon and Monday morning at work.
