1-on-1 strength coaching with Brandon Rynka, creator of the SFR (Strong. Fit. Resilient.) system. Built for athletes, post-injury comebacks, and adults who refuse to live in pain. Every program — full 1-on-1, semi-private (2–3 to 1), or testing the waters — starts with a 45-minute initial assessment.

The First Step: A 45-Minute Assessment
Before you commit to any kind of training package, we sit down for 45 minutes. You get a full movement screen, a one-page written next-step plan, and an honest conversation about whether 1-on-1 is the right path for you — or whether semi-private or one of our group classes is a smarter fit. If it’s a fit, we map out your next 8 weeks. If it’s not, you walk out with a plan you can use anyway.
Who 1-on-1 Personal Training Is For
- You’re rebuilding from injury or chronic pain. Back pain that’s lingered for years. A shoulder that never fully came back. Coached strength is the missing piece.
- You’re an athlete with a real goal. Sport-specific performance, return to play, or a plateau you can’t break through alone. Programming built around your sport, schedule, and competition calendar.
- You want a coach, not a class. Undivided attention, your own programming, accountability that doesn’t get diluted across 8 other people in the room.
- You’ve trained before and stalled. You know what a deadlift is. You’ve followed programs. You’ve gotten part of the way and want someone to take you the rest of the distance — properly this time.
Who It’s NOT For
Honest filter so we don’t waste your time or mine:
- People shopping for the cheapest gym in Dundas. We’re not it, and we’re not trying to be.
- People who want a workout to “just sweat through.” Coached strength is structured, phased, and progressive — that’s the whole point.
- People who aren’t willing to commit to showing up for the first 8 weeks. The system works because you do it, not because you book it.
- People shopping for a free trial. The $50 assessment is the test — and the price is the filter.
What You Get In 1-on-1
- Programming written for your body, your history, your schedule, and your specific goal — not a template
- Direct coaching from Brandon every session. Not a rotating staff.
- The full SFR (Strong. Fit. Resilient.) system applied to you
- Access to the BR365 facility at 315 Brock Rd, Dundas
- Written progress check-ins so you can see what’s actually changing
Semi-Private (2–3 People, 1 Coach)
Want to train with a friend, partner, or training buddy? Semi-private gets you the same 1-on-1 quality of coaching and individualized programming, split between 2–3 people. It’s the highest-value way to train if you have someone you’d actually show up with consistently. Mention it when you book your assessment and we’ll talk pricing.
“I suffered from chronic back pain for years, seeking regular treatment, but no luck fixing it. It was through strength training with Brandon that I finally relieved my chronic back pain — allowing me to walk, move and live without back pain for the first time in years.”
— BR365 1-on-1 client
“It’s been just over 1 year since I started working one-on-one with Brandon. Our plan from day one was committing to long-term strength and mobility solutions and we have done just that. I’m currently pain-free, feel stronger and much more in tune with my body.”

FAQ
What happens at the $50 assessment?
A 45-minute in-person session: short conversation about your history and goal, a movement screen, a loaded movement to see how you actually train, and a one-page written next-step plan. No sales pitch. If 1-on-1 isn’t the right fit, you’ll leave with a recommendation either way.
Why not a free trial?
Free trials attract people who aren’t ready to invest in coaching. The $50 (about 50% off the standard rate) is intentionally low — but it’s a real commitment, and it makes sure both of us show up ready to use the time well.
How much is 1-on-1 after the assessment?
Pricing depends on session frequency and packaging — we’ll talk through it during the assessment so the recommendation matches what you’re actually trying to do.
Where are you?
315 Brock Rd, Dundas, ON. Free parking out front; side-street parking if the lot’s full.
I want to do 1-on-1 with a friend or partner — can we?
Yes. Semi-private (2–3 people, 1 coach) is available. Mention it when you book your assessment.
