Hybrid conditioning is a form of training designed to not only develop a strong base of physical fitness but to improve the bodies’ resiliency. Muscular endurance and a greater work engine is what hybrid conditioning is all about. Training tools like sleds, heavy carries, cross fit style methods, and circuit work are all commonly used within hybrid conditioning.
