The goal is simple: build bodies that are Strong. Fit. Resilient.
We don’t chase random workouts or short-term fatigue. We train movement patterns, track progress, and let the body adapt the right way—over time.
We also offer open gym weight lifting access, as of August 19th, 2024, in our expanded location at 315 Brock, Rd.
A Movement-First Approach

Squat / Lunge

Hinge

Press

Pull
Our Foundational Strength Sessions run 3x per week in full-body format, with each day emphasizing a primary lift or movement. One KPI lift is tracked throughout each training phase to ensure real, measurable progress—not just sweat.
- Max Strength (Oct–Dec)
- Strength Stamina (Jan–Mar)
- Muscle Hypertrophy (Apr–Jun)
- Power & Performance (Jul–Sep)
Each block has a primary emphasis of adaptation, but all phases are built to improve the same three outcomes and improve on the next phase and block of training.
- Get Stronger – lift heavier weights for more reps
- Get Fitter – tolerate and adapt to higher training stress (build muscle, lose body fat, improve work capacity)
- Become More Resilient – reduce injury risk and muscular imbalances
The result is training that compounds year after year—not something you burn out on after 8 weeks, hence our long-term retention of committed, dedicated members. We push quality over quantity and encourage the right people to join the Strength Lab.
Who The BR365 Strength Lab Is For
If you want to be coached well, learn how to lift properly, and actually understand what you’re doing in the gym, thus maximize progress, you’ll fit right in.
If your goal is to maximize your training time and build real strength that carries over to life and sport, this system was built for you.
Who This Is Not For
If you’re looking for constant novelty, random circuits, or fatigue for the sake of fatigue, the Strength Lab is NOT for you.
- Sets are pushed close to muscular failure
- Workouts are tracked, not guessed
- Progression happens week to week, not workout to workout
- True rest periods are respected so quality stays high
- Programming has rhyme and reason, not randomness
- The focus is on mastering movements, building strength over time, and getting results that actually last.
