Sculpt & Shape (10-week program)
For those focused on muscle development and aesthetics, using tried and true body-building techniques and methods.
Fit & Functional Glutes (10-week program)
For building resilient, balanced, single-leg strength and improving coordination and control, transferring into stronger, stable, shapelier glutes.
Athletic Glutes (10-week program)
For developing explosive, powerful glutes that perform in sport and dynamic movement.
*Program dates are launched seasonally (2 weeks prior to the start of the next program).
PROGRAMS
LONGEVITY TRAINING
Designed for advanced-aged clients who want to move well, stay strong, and maintain an active life. Focus is on controlled movement, stability, core strength, and joint mobility to improve function, confidence, and ownership of your body.
YOUTH ATHLETE TRAINING
For motivated athletes ages 8–11. We build coordination, strength, movement quality, and confidence with structured sessions that are intentionally fun—without lowering coaching standards.

TEEN ATHLETE TRAINING
