Since working 1-on-1 with Brandon I have learned how to connect to muscles, apply proper technique and how important protein is! At the end of the day Brandon is brilliant in what he does! He coaches in a super positive way, which nurtures positive growth inside the gym. Most importantly, prior to working with Brandon I suffered from chronic back pain for years, seeking regular treatment, but no luck fixing it. It was through strength training with Brandon that I finally relieved my chronic back pain, allowing me to walk, move and live without back pain for the first time in years!
I have always enjoyed being active but suffered from chronic lower back problems and not the best balance which has forced me to see physio routinely, that is until I started training with Brandon. Better balance and little to no back pain has kept me away from physio for over a year!
