Trail Session

Trail sessions are a popular spring-fall fitness class that we schedule to get the body to experience training outside of 4 walls. The gym backs on to a trail, where 3 mile to 10 mile runs – from tempo runs to low intensity steady state – are planned. These workouts are less about a specific adaptation and more so to promote a well-balanced approach to training and general health. A perfect BR365 Strength Lab community building experience.
