Dynamic Performance

Dynamic Performance is the most physically demanding, high energy class of the week. Saturday mornings are great tone setters to kick off a successful weekend of errands, plans and obligations. Overcoming a physical challenge, in a dynamic, strength focused manner creates a sense of empowerment and well-being, which is a great way to cap the week off on. Saturday morning classes will also be dynamic in that the class size will be larger, the music will be louder and the workout intensity will be greater.
